A 10-year retrospective
This year again, the Italian Cultural Center, in partnership with the Film Society of Minneapolis St. Paul, is happy to bring the best of Italian cinema to the Twin Cities. 2019 is a special edition celebrating the best movies of the past 10 years of the Italian Film Festival of Minneapolis / St. Paul (IFF). The movies selected by our committee will be screened throughout the year leading up to the IFF's 11th edition, Feb. 20-23, 2020.
Join us on Wednesday, August, 14th, 7:00 pm, for the fifth screening of this special edition with Se Dio vuole (God Willing), an award-winning comedy that is at once uplifting and moving, and has proven to be a tremendous crowd pleaser throughout Italy.
All screenings will take place on the Film Society's Screen #3 at St. Anthony Main Theater. All films are in Italian with English subtitles. Future dates and titles: Noi e la Giulia (Sept. 11th), Tutto quello che vuoi (Oct. 9th), In guerra per amore (Dec. 11th).
