Would you like to learn to make traditional Italian ravioli di ricotta e spinaci?? Now is your opportunity to join native Italian, Romina Montanari, for a hands-on pasta-making session just in time for Mother's Day!

We will meet in an exciting new location at Valcucine, 275 Market Street, Suite 145, Minneapolis, MN 55405, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m., on Saturday, May 10, 2014. Valcucine is located within the International Market Square, and parking is free!
Romina will demonstrate the process, and then it will be your turn to create some ravioli of your own! Each participant will bring some pasta home.
Cost for the event will be $35 for members, and $45 for non-members. Ingredients will be included, but please bring a lined,covered, flat pan. You may register here, via the Paypal link, and please hurry. Space will be limited.
