Would you like to learn to make traditional Italian tortellini?? Now is your opportunity to join native Italian, Romina Montanari, for a hands-on pasta-making session!
We will meet in suite 502, of the Hennepin Center for the Arts building, from 10 am until 12 pm, on Saturday, January 5th. Romina will demonstrate the process, and then it will be your turn to create some tortellini of your own! Each participant will bring home a 2 person serving.
Cost for the event will be $20 for members, and $30 for non-members. Ingredients will be included, but please bring a lined,covered, flat pan. You may register here, via the Paypal link, and please hurry. Space will be limited!
