About Chef Jo Seddon at Gia
Jo Seddon brings a wealth of culinary expertise to the table, honed through her training in London's top kitchens. With a background that includes Michelin-starred establishments like Chez Bruce, Spring, and The River Café, Jo's passion for authentic, seasonal Italian cuisine shines through in every dish.
After relocating to the US, she joined forces with James Beard Award-winner Gavin Kaysen to launch the acclaimed Bellecour in Minnesota. Now, as co-owner and chef at Gia, Jo continues to craft exquisite, farm-to-table Italian cuisine that showcases her commitment to quality, sustainability, and flavor.
