Help us put Emerging Filmmakers from Italy and Minnesota in the spotlight

Our goal is to raise $3,500 to support Emerging Filmmakers from Italy and Minnesota and help launch their career through the Building Bridges: Emerging Filmmakers Awards as part of our 11th edition of The Italian Film Festival of Minneapolis / St. Paul (Feb. 20-23, 2020).

We will offer two award opportunities for the best short films made by emerging filmmakers working and living in Italy and Minnesota. Filmmakers will submit their films and an esteemed panel of jurors will select two — one from Italy and the other made right here in Minnesota.

The winners of the Building Bridges: Emerging Filmmakers Awards will have the opportunity to screen their films and discuss their work at the festival. The ICC will cover the cost for transportation from Italy, lodging expenses and cash prizes.
