Calling all chocoholics! ICC is partnering with
Chocolate BonaVita
to present you with a unique opportunity to taste some of the world's best chocolates! Certified chocolate experts will assist you in exploring the nature and history of one of the most fascinating foods on earth. The following series of classes is offered:
Chocolate 101: the Basics.
In a 90-minute session, you will find out about the history and geography of chocolate, the ABCs of chocolate tasting, as well as a connoisseur's list of extraordinary chocolates. Chocolate tasting will conclude the learning session.

Chocolate 102: the Details.
This sequel to Chocolate 101 will examine the many factors that determine the taste, quality and price of chocolate, such as: growing methods, varietal selection, fermentation and other manufacturing techniques. Comparative tasting of several

Chocolate 103: the Finest
.
The last class of the series will focus on in-depth exploration of the finest chocolates and their creators. You will learn more about the nature, history and complexity of the “food of gods” while savoring some of the best artisan chocolates the world could offer.
