Join Romina Montanari, native Italian instructor and passionate cook, and learn the secrets of the Pizza Casalinga "Homemade Style Pizza" on Sunday, January 15, 5:00 – 7:00 PM, at Mid-City Kitchen.  

Romina will demonstrate and guide you through the art of dough making. The group will prepare and bake 3 types of pizza with delicious toppings. You will enjoy the pizzas with a refreshing Italian beer.

And don't forget to bring a bowl with you as you will carry back the dough you'll have prepared, so that you can make your very own pizza casalinga at home!
