Italian Language and Culture Camp: Week two (4-6 years)

Week two of a two-week experience (students have the option of attending either one or two weeks) that immerses students in a fun environment exploring Italian language and culture through interactive songs, stories, crafts, games and imaginative play. Includes a daily snack.

During week two, students will develop vocabulary and basic oral communication skills in the course of covering the following concepts: numbers, days of the week, days of the month, colors, parts of the body and animals.

Sample Day:

Il ciclo vitale della farfalla
                    Girotondo; presentazioni; Buongiorno

·         Coloriamo le pagine sul ciclo vitale della farfalla

    SNACK  - MOVIMENTO: il cavallo del bambino 

·         Progetto d’arte: la “falena” o “moth” meccanica che muove le ali

·         Canzoni sulle parti del corpo: La zia di Forli’, Testa spalle ginochhi e piedi, Pinocchio

Week two of the camp meets from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Please note that if you are registering for more than one class/child, you must go through the registration process separately for each class/child.
