SUMMER PROGRAM: 6-13 YEARS OLD
This experience is a 5-day immersion into the language and culture of Italy. Students 6-13 years of age will participate in a unique experience modeled on the organic learning dynamic of a family setting, in which a span of ages and peer learning are fundamental aspects. The series of fun and interactive activities - music, movement, crafts and games - will be guided by one or more instructors, depending on the size and exact age span of the class.
S
tudents will develop reading, writing, vocabulary and basic oral communication skills in the course of covering
the following concepts: numbers; colors; how to tell time; the four seasons;
and the physical and political geography of Italy.
