From art and cuisine to politics and innovation, there is much to learn about this year’s focus country at Global Minnesota: Italy. In the months ahead, Global Minnesota will explore Italy’s rich cultural heritage while also focusing on the role Italy plays in a modern, interconnected world. Join Global Minnesota at the Food Building in Northeast Minneapolis for a special reception as they launch their Year of Italy. The evening will feature complimentary Italian hors d’oeuvres, music and a cash bar, and will set the stage for a yearlong focus on our European partner. Presented in partnership with the Italian Cultural Center of Minneapolis / St. Paul and the Honorary Consulate of Italy in Minneapolis.
