Would you like to learn to make traditional Italian tortelloni?? Now is your opportunity to join native Italian, Romina Montanari, for a hands-on pasta-making session!
We will meet at Mason's Restaurant, on the first floor of the Hennepin Center for the Arts Building, 528 Hennepin Avenue. Instructor, Romina, will demonstrate, and then you will have an opportunity to create your own! Each participant will take some fresh tortelloni home.
Cost for the event will be $35 for members, and $45 for non-members. Ingredients will be included, but please bring a wax paper-lined, covered flat pan, and a ravioli or pizza cutter. Please register here, via the Paypal link, and hurry as space will be limited!
