Fall is the perfect time to learn to make traditional Ravioli di zucca (pumpkin ravioli).
On Sunday, October 15th, 2:00 – 4:00 PM, ICC instructor and native Italian, Romina Montanari, will lead this hands-on pasta making session at Mid-City Kitchen, a beautiful space in St. Paul.
Romina will demonstrate the process, and then it will be your turn to create some ravioli of your own! Each participant will enjoy a glass of wine and some ravioli to taste and will bring the ravioli they just made home.
Cost for the event is $55 for members, and $65 for non-members. All ingredients are included, but please bring a lined, covered, flat pan to carry your ravioli home.
