As part of our new Dolci series, dedicated to Italian sweets and desserts, you will have the opportunity to prepare your own Italian cookies. Just in time for “le feste di Natale”, join us at Rebecca's Authentic Italian Bakery to make - from scratch - almond biscotti and other assorted cookies.
Raised and trained in Italy, pastry chef, Asse will guide you through the process and tasting, which will be accompanied by Italian coffees. Her cookies are made with less sugar and are simply delicious. Each participant will take home their own plate of cookies!
The event will be held at Rebecca's Authentic Italian Bakery, located at 2111 East Franklin Avenue, #2, Minneapolis. The phone number is 612 455-0236. The event will be held on Saturday, December 13th, from 2 until 4 p.m. Cost is $35 for ICC members; $45 for non-members.
