Would you like to learn to make traditional Italian tortellini?? Now is your opportunity to join native Italian, Romina Montanari, for a hands-on pasta-making session!
We will meet at Mason's Restaurant, on the first floor of the Hennepin Center for the Arts building, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m., on Saturday, December 7 2013. Romina will demonstrate the process, and then it will be your turn to create some tortellini of your own! Each participant will bring home a 1 person serving.
Cost for the event will be $35 for members, and $45 for non-members. Ingredients will be included, but please bring a lined,covered, flat pan. You may register here, via the Paypal link, and please hurry. Space will be limited! Beverages will be available for purchase.
